Private Transfer

-Standard transfers included with your stay, sometimes you're on your own or with a few couples.  Tends to be in a van/small bus or for larger arrival groups can be a large tour bus style.

Helicopter Transfer

-This shuttle takes you from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) in the south to George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU/HGR) in the north.

During your flight, enjoy views of St. Lucias’ lush interior, highest peak (Mt. Gimie), Roseau Dam, the Atlantic Coast and Marigot Bay.

Please Note: We confirm all flights with a minimum of four (4) passengers; our helicopters hold six (6).

Ferry Transfer

-Your vacation in Saint Lucia begins just five minutes from Hewanorra Airport, where an air-conditioned vehicle will bring you to our luxurious boat.

Here you are greeted and seated either in our comfortable Cabin Seats, the Cabin Booth with Table or the Open Air Upper Deck (that’s covered for sun & rain protection!)

The trip typically lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours while you enjoy a breathtaking view of the amazing turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and the exotic coast of Saint Lucia.

Complimentary wine, beer, champagne, mimosas and soft drinks are provided, along with light snacks such as popcorn, pretzels & granola bars.

Ground transportation between the Airport and the Ferry; and between the Ferry and the Resorts are INCLUDED in our fares.

Faster To The Fun Fast Track Service (airport expediting) and Insurance for Delayed Flights / Missed Connections are available at an additional cost. Both of these options appear during the Check Out process.

Travel Insurance

-Purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan for only $124 per adult (from January 3 – December 20) or for $134 per adult (from December 21 – January 2). If you are purchasing air with us, our travel protection plan is only $105 per adult (from January 1 – December 31)

This Plan Cost includes the plan premium and a fee for non- insurance assistance services. Please see important disclosure. You may obtain information on plan fees by emailing assistancefess@tripmate.com.

This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Trip insurance is offered by a third party but can be purchased online on the last step of the booking engine. Price will be added to the total vacation price.

The travel protection plan payment is required in full and once paid, the plan is non-refundable. The coverage amount applies to all guests traveling.

Change For Any Reason: Cancel resort stay and use travel certificate for later travel.
Cancel For Covered Reason: 100% refund on your flights and on unused portion of your resort stay.
You Also Get Protection For: 100% refund on tours, $50,000 Emergency Evacuation, $25,000 Medical Protection, and $2,500 Baggage Protection.
